About

Execution on the ground – results the board can rely on
Over 20 years leading manufacturing operations across Europe and Asia, I have delivered complex greenfield projects, plant relocations and post-acquisition integrations for industrial groups and private equity sponsors. Clients engage me when the cost of getting it wrong is high and the time to get it right is short.
I operate as part of the client’s leadership team, not as an external advisor. That means accountability for outcomes, a direct line of reporting to the board or investor, and executive authority on the ground to make decisions without waiting for committees.
Every engagement begins with a clear diagnostic: what must be delivered, by when, and against which KPIs. From there, I build or take over the project team, establish governance and reporting, and drive execution through to completion. Recommendations alone have never solved an operational problem.
Three Principles
Clarity over consensus.
Operational windows close. Decisions are made within them and the reasoning is on record.
Execution over theory.
Diagnostic frameworks, lean tools, project methodologies – every project uses them. The difference is who carries them onto the shop floor.
Reporting investors can trust.
One monthly pack. The same format throughout the engagement. No surprises in board meetings.
Active engagement
